Ask me a question!

Ask me a question!

Writing about the life of a web developer as I do, there are plenty of things I can talk about on the blog. Some of these include:

  • what I'm working on at the moment
  • things I've recently used or learned
  • general thoughts about being a technically-minded blogger
  • some views on other blogs, and blogging in general
  • life in London
  • social media and the Internet
  • online advertising and promotion
  • tips and tricks

There are other topics too, but these are the main ones.

Is there anything you'd like to ask me that could be featured as part of an upcoming post? I'd much rather publish my views in a new post than post my views as a comment where most people probably won't read it.

It doesn't have to fit into one of the above categories - it can be something else entirely - but it should be related to the life of a web developer somehow. Loosely related is fine! If you're not sure if it's related or not, ask anyway and I'll see if I can work your question into a new post.

If you have a blog you'd like me to link to when giving you credit for the question, simply include it in the URL field. Not in the comment body, though.

This is a long-term offer - once the post falls off the front page, I'll link to it so you can find it in future.

I look forward to your questions!

As a web developer what are the frustrating little tasks that never work correctly first time?

Which Microformats do you think are beneficial to bloggers?

I'm thinking of shaving my head. How can I get he proper shine? Also, what can I do in the summer to prevent it turning red?

John- I've used your first question to write a piece on the challenges of software development, and how to deal with them. Check out the latest post on the home page.

I'll think about the second question. Turnip, I might leave those ones :)
