How’s your memory? The neverending stream of lifestyle tips

Every time a newspaper or news website tells us something about living a healthy life, it’s like they’re teasing us with clues to a lifelong riddle. Yes, you should eat this, but not that; oh, but it might be OK if you eat a certain amount, though perhaps not in combination with this, or this, or that

I really hope that somebody is busily jotting all these things down for us so we don’t miss any of them. Especially the contradictions that come a bit later.

Don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t take drugs, don’t eat junk food, don’t sit around all day on the Internet. And then get hit by a bus. “At least he lived a healthy life… He was a miserable git though.
