For the last few weeks, I’ve been sitting on some news that I really want to announce, but it’s not quite ready to be shared yet.
Mind you, I’ve still told a few friends and family. I just haven’t formally announced it yet.
And then, a second bit of news came along. Guess what – I can’t say anything about that one either.
It’s all good news, but for now, I can’t get into any of the details. So now you know, except you don’t know. Sorry for dragging you into this as well.
They say these things travel in threes. I wonder if a third thing will come along before I announce one of the other two? It had better hurry up, because it’s only going to be a couple of days until the first announcement…

I’m going to guess it’s something about work.
I don’t have an announcement, but there’s a LOT going on in my home life that I’ve only barely mentioned on my blog due to extenuating circumstances. I do plan on writing the whole sordid story eventually, but when that happens is not up to me.
I hate walking around with news I can’t talk about, it is as you say, aching. When my daughter were born I wanted to share every picture I took of her but I once decided not to do that. Its though cause I want to show her to every one in the world.
I thought it was going to be about being a Dad too.
I am awful at keeping secrets. My friends know this and have gotten past the idea of telling me anything they really want kept secret. It’s not that I am an endless talker, I just like being honest and that tends to get in the way of keeping something secret.
So Ben, whats up?
