"Ben Barden: Defining Web Jargon"This is the new tagline for my site, to replace the rather long-winded "Blogging and website tips without the jargon".
But I can't take credit for it myself.
I have been thinking about changing my tagline for some time, and finally decided I should ask on Plurk to see if anyone had any ideas. I'm far from being famous for blogging, so I wasn't sure if I'd get a lot of responses or not.
The response has been brilliant. I've heard loads of great ideas and it's been a lot of fun throwing words and phrases around.
If you're interested, here's where it all started. Thanks to everyone who participated - it's been a very good discussion.
I still haven't published a guide to Plurk yet. I need to do that soon. If you fancy dipping your toe in the water, sign up for Plurk and give it a try.

@sailor: only if you're friends with the people Ben's friend's with.
I kid, I kid! Seems like a great sounding board indeed Ben! Thanks for getting me into it!
Shorter is better. I think the new tagline is great and it keeps your purpose clear.
The new tagline hits it on the head. Good, concise, to the point wording. I like it.
Glad everyone likes it! :)
I know I'm a bit behind (about 387 posts behind according to google reader) but just wanted to say I really like it too.
I haven't been on Plurk for ages. No time!!!
387 posts from me?! Oh wait... probably not.
I like it. The new tag says basically the same thing as the old but in less words. It does appear as if Plurk could be a great sounding board for new ideas.
