A possible 21-week marathon?

I've just uploaded a track that was originally going to be on my fourth album. Album 4 is quite downbeat and melancholy. It's good to have some variety, but this track (
Step Outside) just didn't fit. I also decided to remove further other tracks from album 4 because they detract from the progression of the album.
I'm really enjoying the process of releasing one track a week. Gone is the seemingly endless trek from concept to completion. I can steadily release 7 tracks over the course of 7 weeks, then take a break before releasing the next 7 tracks, and then a second break before releasing the final 7 tracks.
But I'm enjoying this so much, I might keep going after track 7 without a break. If I kept going, track 14 would be released on Christmas Eve. I don't know if I'll do all 14 tracks in a row, but if I do, I may even continue into the New Year.
The real challenge would be if I continued releasing the whole album without a break. If I did this, the 21st track would be out on February 11th. I am not sure if I will be doing
FAWM next year... but if I do participate, it would be very interesting to keep this album going until then!
Granted, many of the tracks for album 3 are ready to go online right now if I wanted to put them up... but there is still some tidying up to do on the later tracks. Either way, it might keep me in the swing of working on music right up until FAWM, and then I'd go full steam ahead with the 14 songs in 28 days challenge.
Except... isn't 2008 a leap year? Hmm, time to go and ask FAWM what's going on with that! The extra day could make a world of difference!
