Reminiscence - a milestone

The seventh track from my third album is now online - Reminiscence.  There may still be lots of tracks still to come, but this track marks an important milestone; it's the end of the "first part" of album 3.

There is a progression from the start of this album to the finish, but I've made a point to separate the tracks into groups.  Overall, I think it makes the album much more rewarding to listen to in its entirety.  There is a sense of continuity from one track to the next and it keeps you listening to the very end.

What's next?

The rest of the album!  I'm not stopping with the weekly tracks, at least not yet.  Next week I'll be uploading track 8.  Because of this, I've been working on some of the later tracks to get them finished.  There are a few surprises still to come, but I'm not announcing anything until the time is right in case something changes.

The order of the remaining tracks keeps changing.  Most if not all of the tracks fit well on the album in terms of the theme, but not the continuity.  I may have to replace a couple of tracks from the track listing with tracks from album 4 or ones that haven't been assigned to an album yet.

You can help increase my reach!

By joining last.fm, whenever you play my tracks (along with any others), they'll be added to your listening statistics.  Those stats also link into each of the artists you listen to.  My artist page currently says I have 600 listeners.  I'm quite happy with that!
