The Long Cold Night
< Three killer tips to get your music heard | Blog | Music surprises, part 1: Playlists >
This is now the eighth week that I've put a new track online. Last week I completed Part 1 on Album 3; we're now onto Part 2 with Track 8 - "The Long Cold Night".
The "read more" link does contain a link to download the track, but I'm experimenting with putting the download link right in my blog entry. This means that it's much easier for you to get the track and have a listen.
Missed a track?
From now until the day I finish releasing album 3, I'll be linking each track from
my home page. The links will take you to the track page with background info and a download link.
The links will stay on the home page when album 3 is complete, but I'll be removing them once I start working on album 4. There's plenty of music still to come, so don't worry!
Tell your friends!
A few people have asked why I let anyone and everyone download my tracks for free. I think that a lot more people will hear my music if I let people download it for free.
I think it's a fair deal to ask that if you like my music, please help to spread the word by telling your friends about it. Better still, why not leave a comment on your favourite tracks or give some more general feedback in my
Music forum?
Comments are always welcome - I'd love to hear what you think of my tracks.
Next week
Don't miss next week's track - I think it's one of the best on the whole album. Drop by next Monday or
subscribe by email to make sure you don't miss out.
This music-related post is part of aseries - "Music on Monday". As the title suggests, every MondayI'll be writing about music and sometimes posting a new track as well.
